Greetings to all!
I'm Steve. Despite any amount of trying on my part, I am a flawed being. Thankfully, I found a gateway to Mercy through Jesus Christ.
This is my blogsite where I plan to share my thoughts, my sermons, my devotion, and whatever else hits my brain.
For those who don't know me (or maybe for those who do!), I'll share a secret: I'm not perfect. As shocking as it may sound, I am a pathetic excuse for someone who desires and then says that he loves God. Thankfully, God's grace and mercy is sufficient for me.
I hope you'll follow me through my journey of imperfection, as I seek to be a better servant of the Lord each day.
Will I fail? Yes! Will I let you down? Yes! Will God extend his mercy as I do so? Thankfully, YES!
Any of you who are also imperfect, resting in His mercy, you are welcome here without judgement.

I will never charge a subscription fee to use this site. It's a site about mercy and I feel that charging a fee for it is trying to Gatekeep what God has asked me to do with my life.
Instead, we ask for those who can afford it, to give as the Lord leads.
Where is Steve?
Currently, I am preaching at the Church By the Side of the Road in Rockton, IL. It is a small but wonderful group of non-denominational Christians, and the Spirit is moving there! Services are at 10:00am, and I encourage you to stop in if you are in the area. The church building is breathtakingly beautiful. I will be in at the Church By the Side of the Road until the end of October, when I will return to my winter Pastorate at RVE Winter Texans' Non-Denominational Church at 715 N Westgate Drive in Weslaco, TX. Services start at 9:00 am and all are welcome!
